2006 will be an exciting year for everyone! The ninjastars family has registered five league teams with the Toronto Ultimate Club, which include ninjastars-monday, ninjastars-tuesday, ninjastars-wednesday, Monster (Wednesdays) and So Cut (Thursdays).

After 14 weeks of competitive indoor ultimate, two teams made it to TUC's "A" Division Finals; Buck Naked and G.Unit. G.Unit had beaten Buck Naked once in regular season and once in playoffs round robin. On Thursday April 13, 2006, the two teams met for the final time on field 4 at the hanger. G.Unit came out firing. Stealing the first couple possessions and capitalizing on Buck Naked's mistakes (including a devastating Callaghan point), G.Unit jumped out to an early lead. After a quick time out, Buck Naked calmed down, regrouped and slowly took control of the game, taking the half 16-14. Both teams played especially hard for their heckling audience on the bleachers. The women in particular were spectacular - laying out for everything.
